Must Starts

1. Adrian Peterson - AD gets the Lions who were just torched by LeSean McCoy. Look for Peterson to top 140 yards and 2 TDs. He’s the top ranked fantasy football RB in Week 3.

2. Chris Johnson - The Giants have had trouble with speed backs in recent years. Johnson’s 12 straight 100 yard game streak was broken last week but look for him to bounce back with over 100 yards and a TD on Sunday.

3. Ray Rice - Look for Baltimore to rely heavily on Rice  and for No. 27 to top 120 yards and 2 TDs vs. the Browns.

4. Frank Gore - Gore had a big game Monday Night with over 120 yards and 2 TDs. The Niners will call his number plenty in Week 3 and expect him to top the 100 yard mark with a score in KC.

Next In Line

Maurice Jones-Drew – The entire Jaguars team failed to show up in San Diego. MJD will bounce back with over 100 yards and a score vs. the Eagles.

Jahvid Best - The speedy rookie scored 3 TDs and topped 220 total yards vs. the Eagles. Expect another solid game against a tougher Vikings D.

Cedric Benson – The Panthers D hasn’t looked over the 1st two games of the season. Benson will top 100 yards and score once this week.

Rounding out the list

Rashard Mendenhall – The Steelers will call Mendenhall’s number 25 times against the Bucs and he’ll find a lot of success on the ground this Sunday.

Michael Turner - Provided he’s healthy, expect him to see the rock plenty and wear down the smaller Saints Defense.

LeSean McCoy – McCoy’s developing into an excellent back and will find a lot of room to run against a weak Jags front seven.

Ahmad Bradshaw - Bradshaw’s the clear No. 1 in New York and this week’s game should provide a few opportunities to break a long one.

Ronnie Brown – The Dolphins will continue pound the ball against New York and Brown has had success vs. the Jets his entire career. Look for a few plays out of the Wild Cat.

Knowshon Moreno - The Broncos will use Moreno heavily to keep the Colts offense off the field as much as possible. Expect a solid all around game this week with 90 yards and a TD.

Steven Jackson – No. 39 will see plenty of carries and catches out of the backfield against the Redskins and look for him to deliver a solid game.

Fantasy Sleeper of the Week

LaDainian Tomlinson - Tomlinson has outplayed Shonn Greene thus far and could reach 100 total yards with a TD on Sunday Night. He’s a strong fantasy sleeper in what should be a very competitive game.
