New Orleans Saints (-10.5) vs. Seattle Seahawks -

This may be the first time in the history of the NFL that a No. 5 seed has a bye week in the Playoffs. Ok, well maybe not a real bye week, but close enough. The defending Champs head to the Pacific Northwest to take on the Seahawks, the  pitiful representative of the NFC West.

Expect the Saints to bury Seattle, by at least 20.

They’ll probably take the starters out midway through the 3rd Quarter and get them ready for the Divisional Round.

Offensively, the Saints will have no problem moving the ball up and down the field and finding the end zone. And defensively, look for DC Gregg Williams’ bunch to pummel Matt Hasselback and Co. all afternoon. This is the easiest football bet on the board.

New York Jets (+2.5) vs. Indianapolis Colts

This is actually a game the Jets matchup well in. The loss of WR Austin Collie has deprived the Colts of a crucial weapon over the middle, and the Colts lack of a running game makes it easier for teams to defend Peyton Manning.

On the other side of the ball, expect Dwight Freeney and the D Line to make some plays early on, but we like the Jets to pull out the win in the end.

Their running game has picked the past few weeks (RB Shonn Greene is running a bit more like last season) and Brian Schottenheimer is doing a better job of placing Mark Sanchez in favorable passing situations. This will lead to a close win for Rex Ryan’s crew prior to their Playoff exit the following week.

The Jets are a great play on the money line bet too (+120)
