Best Bet

1. Oakland Raiders (-6.5) vs. Denver Broncos – The Broncos are horrendous. They are coming off a 43-13 loss to the Cardinals and that’s not a typo. Look for Oakland to run the ball down Denver’s throat and wear out the Broncos D. On the other side of the ball, expect Denver to turn the ball over en route to a blowout loss. This is the top football bet of Week 15.

Next In Line

2. Pittsburgh Steelers (-4.5) vs. New York Jets – The wheels are coming off quickly in New York. They’ve scored 9 total points in two consecutive losses and Mark Sanchez and the offense are struggling. Well, things won’t get easier against the Steelers and we expect Pittsburgh to win by a minimum of seven to 10 points.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars (+5) vs. Indianapolis Colts – This is a must win for the Colts but they don’t match up particularly well against the Jags. Jacksonville can run the ball with the best of them and Maurice Jones-Drew has six consecutive 100 yard games. Manning’s still shorthanded on offense and you can expect a close game until the end.

4. Arizona Cardinals (+2.5) vs. Carolina Panthers – See Money Line Bet

Rounding Out the List

Cleveland Browns (+1.5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals – The Browns get Colt McCoy back who was productive in his time as a starter this year. The Bengals have lost 10 in a row and always find ways to lose close games. Expect the same this week.

Dallas Cowboys (-6) vs. Washington Redskins - The Redskins are downright horrible and Mike Shanahan appears intent on cleaning house and starting this thing over in Washington. The Cowboys on the other hand are playing hard for Jason Garrett and will roll at home on Sunday.

Baltimore Ravens (-1) vs. New Orleans Saints. The Saints don’t play as well on the road and have a big game vs. Atlanta the following week. Expect Baltimore to feed off the home crowd and cold weather and pull out a close victory on Sunday.

Money Line Bet

Arizona Cardinals (+125) vs. Carolina Panthers -

It’s difficult to imagine the 1-12 Panthers as favorites over anyone but it goes to show you how poor some of the teams are in this league. Regardless, we’re not taking the bait. Jimmy Clausen is horrible at QB and John Fox really doesn’t care to win. The Cardinals, who aren’t that much better and are also going with a rookie QB, still have more healthy talented bodies than the Panthers and we expect them to pull out a close win on the legs of Tim Hightower and Beanie Wells 20-14.
