1. Andre Johnson vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Our top pick last week once again heads the list after his 10 catch,  149 yard and two TD performance. This week he faces the team that just allowed Kurt Warner to complete 24 of 26 passes on them. Look for Johnson to have another stellar outing and to top the 100 yard mark again with two TDs.

2. Reggie Wayne vs. Arizona Cardinals

Wayne’s sub par outing on Monday Night was due to the fact that the Colts had the ball for under 15 minutes the entire game. Look for a strong rebound in this one as Peyton Manning will locate him all evening long against an over matched Cardinals secondary. This game has the potential to be a high scoring affair and this bodes well for Wayne as well.

3. Greg Jennings vs. St. Louis Rams

Jennings was nursing a sore wrist on Sunday and was held without a catch for the first time in his career. Very uncharacteristic to say the least. Look for him – and the Packers passing game in particular – to bounce back and abuse a poor Rams defense for over 100 yards and a TD.

4. Vincent Jackson vs. Miami Dolphins

Jackson is developing into a premier receiver in this league and he and Rivers have already connected on two TDs in the first two weeks of the season. The Dolphins pass defense isn’t as good as its run defense. Expect San Diego to employ a similar offense to what they ran against the Ravens and for Jackson to find his way to the end zone once again.

Sleepers

1. Chris Henry vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Henry has always had success against the Steelers and is usually good for one long TD per game. With most of the attention being paid to Ochocinco and now Coles, it frees up Henry to attack the nickel CB. Look for Palmer to target him and take a few chances down the field.

2. Chansi Stuckey vs. Tennessee Titans

The Titans have allowed over 300 passing yards in each of the first two games and were torched for four TDs on Sunday. While the Jets passing game isn’t prolific, Sanchez is throwing the ball well and Stuckey knows how to find the end zone. This is a good fantasy sleeper play.

Others We Like

Steve Smith vs. Dallas Cowboys

The Giants receivers absolutely abused the Cowboys corners and here comes the original Steve Smith on Monday Night. Expect Delhomme and Carolina to attack this defense’s weakness (secondary) and for he and Smith to connect on a quite a few plays down field.

Marques Colston vs. Buffalo Bills

He and Drew Brees are dialed in right now and there are very few defenses which can actually stop this passing game… and Buffalo isn’t one of them. Expect Colston to haul in at least seven passes and deposit one of them into the end zone.

Terrell Owens vs. New Orleans Saints

There’s a good chance that the Bills will find themselves in a shootout on Sunday. And if that’s the case, you can bet that Edwards will target Owens and the receiver will have a lot of room to run in the Saints secondary.
