1. Andre Johnson vs. Tennessee Titans
The Texans came out flat in Week One and have a tough test vs. the Titans, but Johnson has had success against Tennessee in the past and should do well in this one. The Titans also weren’t overly impressive stopping the pass against Pittsburgh so look for over 100 yards and at least one score. He’s our top fantasy football receiver in Week Two.
2. Larry Fitzgerald vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville was torched by the Colts No. 1 receiver on opening day (Wayne 162 yards, 1TD) and have lost starting DE Reggie Hayward for the season, meaning their pass rush will take a hit. Warner’s extremely effective when he has time to deliver the ball so look for he and Fitzgerald to get back on track with over 100 yards receiving and a TD.
3. Greg Jennings vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Jennings came up huge in crunch time and caught a 50-yard bomb in the final moments of their victory over the Bears. He should be a beast to handle for the Bengals secondary once again and we like for Rodgers and Jennings to light up the tote board in Week Two. 100 yards and at least one TD.
4. Reggie Wayne vs. Miami Dolphins
The Fins are much better against the run than the pass and that makes Addai less attractive here. But not Wayne. Look for Manning to target- and locate – his star receiver on a number of occasions and for No. 87 to top the 100-yard mark with a score.
Sleepers
1. Mario Manningham vs. Dallas Cowboys
Manningham notched his first career TD with a nifty 30- yard catch and run vs. the Skins. On that play he made three guys miss and showed his elusive ability. He should be matched up against the Cowboys nickel back in this one so expect Eli to look his way a lot.
2. Percy Harvin vs. Detroit Lions
The Vikings showed us that they plan on using Harvin in a number of ways in their win over Cleveland. Look for him to be more heavily involved against the lowly Lions this week and to do a lot of damage lining up in the slot. An excellent fantasy sleeper this week.
Others We Like
Roddy White vs. Carolina Panthers
The secondary for the Panthers is talented but there are still concerns about their ability to get to the QB. And if you give Matt Ryan time, he’ll make you pay. Look for Ryan and White to get back on the same page in this one and for White to have a solid game.
Terrell Owens vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Although Owens was silent on Monday Night, the Bucs were torched by the Cowboys receivers on Opening Day. This bodes well for T.O. Look for him to be much more involved in this one and have a solid fantasy game with over seven catches and 100 yards
Dwayne Bowe vs. Oakland Raiders
This game could feature Matt Cassel’s debut in Kansas City, and that would provide a boost to the passing game, which would be good for Bowe owners. The Chiefs should have a more effective running attack in this one and that will open up the passing game, and play action in particular, to locate Bowe on some big plays.
