11. Marques Colston
Colston plays in an offense where the ball is spread around to numerous players and still produces. He finished with 70 catches, 9 TDs and 150 fantasy points in 2009. Brees will once again look to his top receiving threat and look for the former 7th round pick to move his way back into double digit scores.
12. * Vincent Jackson
There’s only an asterisk by his name because his contract situation could lead to an extended hold out. But as for his on the field play, Jackson has developed into a top tier, upper echelon fantasy football receiver. He’s Rivers undisputed deep threat and will once again post big numbers if he doesn’t miss significant time.
13. Anquan Boldin
Joe Flacco’s newest target should enjoy a lot of success in Baltimore where he’ll be the main receiving threat. He’ll either prove he was a No. 1 all along, or turn into Peerless Price/Alvin Harper II. We think he’ll do the former and significantly improve on last season’s 84 catch, 4 TD season. He should reach between 8-10 scores.
14. Steve Smith (Carolina)
Smith might be on the downside of his stellar career but Matt Moore provides stability at the QB position and No. 89 still has more than enough left in the tank to put up excellent fantasy numbers. In fact, we think he could return to a top 10 fantasy receiver in 2010 thanks to “turnover” Delhomme’s departure to Cleveland.
15. Greg Jennings
Jennings couldn’t live up to last year’s hype entering the season and was hampered by injuries throughout, but he’s still as gifted as any in this league. And teaming with Aaron Rodgers, who loves to throw the deep ball, look for a return to 2008 where he torched DBs all season and racked up a lot of yards and TDs.
16. Steve Smith (NYG)
Smith is an automatic on short to medium routes and is a No. 1 in leagues that give a point per reception. Last season he stepped into Burress’ role and notched 107 catches, 7 TDs and 158 fantasy points. The Giants have a lot of young talent at the receiver position so Smith’s numbers could tail off a bit, but he’ll be a solid No. 2 receiver at worst nonetheless… and he is Eli’s go-to guy.
17. Chad Ochocinco
This season will be telling for Ochocinco as to how bad he still wants it. The pieces are in place around him to prevent opposing defenses from paying special attention his way, and Palmer is one of the best slingers in the game. His 148 fantasy points were top 15 material in ’09 and we like him to improve on those numbers this season.
18. Percy Harvin
He will enter this season as somewhat of a fantasy sleeper because it’s difficult to gauge where he should go in the draft. The bottom line is this: Harvin is as dangerous as they come and can score from anywhere on the field. In his rookie season, he put up 135 fantasy points and this was primarily playing in the slot Provided he limits his migraines, look for a big jump up in 2010.
19.* Wes Welker
Welker’s recovering from a serious knee injury which will certainly take some time to come back from. However, once he does come back, which could be early in the season, and he’s regained his confidence to make the sharp cuts, expect Brady’s No. 1 target to see the ball a lot underneath and near the goal line.
20. Mike Sims-Walker
He was a huge fantasy sleeper in 2009 who very few heard about until the season got underway. Sims-Walker and Garrard developed a solid rapport and the young receiver finished with 120 fantasy points. His development will continue this year and he’d make a solid No. 2 on your fantasy roster.

[...] Antonio Gates is still a top TE who will be the first or second TE taken in the fantasy draft. He finished 3rd for TEs in 2009 with 156 fantasy points on 1157 receiving yards and 8 TDs. But there are warning signs heading into this season The main one being the potential holdout of WR Vincent Jackson. [...]
