1. QB Peyton Manning vs. Tennessee Titans

Peyton Manning led a stellar comeback to overcome a 17 point first half deficit to Houston. In the process, he tossed 3 TDs. He faces the Titans this week at home and will easily top the 300 yard mark with three scores against one of the worst passes defenses in the NFL.

2. QB Tom Brady vs. Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins front seven isn’t nearly good enough to overcome a young secondary which was exposed by Ryan Fitzpatrick  in their loss on Sunday. Tom Brady, one of the best at escaping pocket pressure, will hook-up with Welker and Moss all game long for a 300 yard afternoon with a few scores.

3. QB Aaron Rodgers vs. Baltimore Ravens

The lack of a consistent running game for Green Bay means this will be another game in which Aaron Rodgers must throw in order for GB to win. But the Ravens have had trouble stopping the pass all year so things bode well for Rodgers. Look for him to locate Jennings, Driver and Finley for another top fantasy football effort.

4. QB Donovan McNabb vs. Atlanta Falcons

A lot of this ranking is predicated on whether DeSean Jackson will be ready to go or not. He’s currently questionable with a concussion. If he is, McNabb is a shoe-in for a stellar day; the Falcons’ secondary is the weakest link of the unit and QBs have been exposing them all year long. If Jackson can’t go, McNabb’s still a top play in Week 13.

Sleepers

1. QB Alex Smith vs. Seattle Seahawks

Smith’s production was up on Sunday and the QB executed a great game plan vs. the Jags. He smartly targeted Vernon Davis a number of times and looked to Michael Crabtree when the receiver had favorable one-on-one matchups. Look for more of the same when the Niners head north and he’s a great fantasy sleeper in Week 13.

2. QB Kyle Orton vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have shown time and time again that they’re not able to stop opposing passing games (300+ yards in each of the past two weeks). And even though Orton’s not close to the QB that Roethlisberger and Rivers is, he has enough weapons to thrive in KC.

Others We Like

Matt Schaub vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Texans are playing for coach Kubiac’s job and will be forced to pass if they hope to make the playoffs. The running game has been non-existent all season and there’s no reason to assume it will be found now. Thanks to a soft Jags pass rush, Schaub will have time to locate his top targets ( Andre Johnson and Kevin Walter) and should find the end zone a few times on Sunday.

Drew Brees vs. Washington Redskins

While this won’t be the easiest matchup, Brees should continue to thrive against a solid Redskins pass D. Brees spreads the ball around beautifully and knows exactly where he’s going to go when the ball is snapped.

Brett Favre vs. Arizona Cardinals

Favre’s coming off a 392 yard effort and three TDs vs. the Bears. This week he faces a Cardinals defense which just allowed Vince Young to throw for over 300 yards and a score on Sunday. Look for Favre to spread the ball around evenly and finish the game with two to three scores.
