1. Antonio Gates - His ankle is better and he’s tied for the NFL lead with 8 TDs. Phillip Rivers will continue to look his way and Gates should top 100 yards with a score against the Titans.
2. Vernon Davis – The Broncos D was atrocious last week and couldn’t stop anything. We like Davis to be heavily involved in the game plan and find the end zone again.
3. Zach Miller – Jason Campbell loves looking in his TE’s direction and he will have a big day against the Seahawks.
4. Jason Witten – The short passing game we’ll most likely see from Kitna means more yards and TDs from Witten.
Next In Line
Chris Cooley - Look for McNabb to target him heavily and for one of those passes to end up in the end zone.
Aaron Hernandez - The Patriots will attack the middle of the field when the Vikings come to town on Sunday. The dynamic pass catcher should be used heavily in the short to medium passing game.
Dustin Keller - The Packers secondary is hurting and Keller can be devastating when covered by Safeties, which is how the Packers will have to defend him.
Rounding Out the List
Visanthe Schiancoe - If Tavaris Jackson is forced to play, his value raises instantly. If Favre limps back in there, we expect him to see more targets and a return to the end zone.
Heath Miller - Roethlisberger loves to target his pass catching TE and will use him a lot against the Saints.
Brandon Pettigrew - He’s quickly developing into an excellent pass catching TE and the Redskins have been vulnerable against the pass all season.
Owen Daniels - It’s taken time for him to get past his ACL injury, but we like his chances for success against the Colts on Monday Night.
Mercedes Lewis - Lewis should be good for a TD going against a demoralized Cowboys defense/secondary.
Kellen Winslow - Josh Freeman’s emergence will continue to yield positive results for Winslow’s owners.
Jermaine Gresham – Look for Carson Palmer to get Gresham involved early and for the rookie TE to find the end zone.
Tony Moeaki – The rookie TE continues to be a Cassel favorite and the Bills secondary is horrendous.
Fantasy Sleeper of the Week
Anthony Fasano – The Dolphins will attack the Bengals through the air after seeing the kind of success QB Matt Ryan and the Falcons had in Week 7. The Bengals secondary is even further depleted with the loss of CB Adam Jones making the Fins TE a solid fantasy sleeper in Week 8.
