Old Man Al is damn near impossible to explain or understand, but it certainly helps to have a rundown of the indefensible personnel moves he&#039;s orchestrated in just the last 20 months or so.  This guy is like a drunk fantasy owner making his 2008 picks using a 2005 NFL preview magazine, except Al&#039;s mind appears to be living in about 1975.  Maybe he&#039;ll hire John Madden for the 2009 season...</description>
